IGF-1 LONG R3 is made so that it can withstand temperatures up to 37 degrees
Celsius for over a month and 45 degrees Celsius for over a week. Shipping
takes 3 to 7 days. Before the shipping everything is stored in perfect
environment (between 2 - 8 degrees Celsius). When you receive it, you should
keep it in the refrigerator. DO NOT FREEZE IT!

2. How long is the IGF good once reconstituted?

You have to use it up in 24 hours. 100mcg is good for 24 hours.
